Not a film noir, but rather a caper comedy of manners - seems John Houston was sending everyone up here.
The dream pairing of Bogey and Peter Lorre make it of course, delivering the best lines.
An underrated movie, with some nice locations in Campania, Italy. The archive.org public domain stream isn't of the highest quality.
